G'raha originally possessed one Allagan eye, as a sign that he was tied to the bloodline that was meant to protect the Allagan technology from being misused. During the Crystal Tower raids he was infused with the blood of Doga and Unei, making both of his eyes red. This also meant he had the control over Crystal Tower, in which he sealed himself.

Without the Crystal Tower present, he is still a capable mage, but the allagan blood in him does increase his affinity for more complex spells.
